Shipping Policy

At M/S SeedBoxx Consumer care Private Limited ("we/us") is the sole operator of (https://www.tinyone.in/) "website". By placing an order through this website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both the parties ( "Purchaser / buyer and us") are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our services.

General: ​

Our website is always updated with the latest stock availability. The products which are not available will be shown as out of stock and same will be updated once we re-stock the products on our website. Unavailable stock cannot be purchased but you can send us an email at care@tinyone.in so that we can immediately take steps to fulfill your requirements.

Shipping costs:

Shipping costs will be calculated at the time of your checkout depending upon the products dimension, weight and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be added to your purchase bill and final bill will be collected at the time of purchase itself.

Orders above 399/- INR are shipped for free.

Delivery Time & Schedule:

In general, all orders placed before 12 PM - IST (IST +5:30) will be dispatched the same day, otherwise, within next business day. Our warehouse operates from Monday - Friday during standard business hours, expect on national holidays at such time the warehouse will be closed. In such instances, we take steps to ensure shipments delay will be kept to a minimum. all orders are processed within 1 business day if the orders are placed before 12 PM.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays. In such case, if you need assistance with your order or tacking related issues contact us immediately on 1800-572-1612.

For change of delivery address request, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is been dispatched. We will not be able to  make changes to your order after it has shipped.

​All orders will be dispatched on the address provided by buyer at the time of check-out. In case of incomplete address or wrong address or undelivered https://www.tinyone.in/ "M/S Starshelf Groups" will not be responsible. Buyer should ensure correct address and area pin code for efficient delivery. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us or write on care@tinyone.in so that we can conduct appropriate investigation.

Tracking Notification:

Upon check out buyer shall receive a confirmation email from "M/S Starshelf Groups" upon successful purchase. 

Buyer/ customers will then be updated with the items being packed and shipped. Once the items are dispatched buyers/ customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Items damaged in Transit:

If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us on care@tinyone.in and we shall guide you further.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel your order due to any reasons we will accept your cancellation only if your order is not shipped. If the order is already dispatched in this case please refer to our refund policy.

Insurance:

Orders are insured for loss and damage upto the value as stated by the courier.

International Shipping:

We deliver products globally in almost all countries. Courier charges, custom charges and handling rates vary based on the shipping destination. You will see the final charges at the time of checkout.
